With 9 years as a Veterinary Technician specializing in rehabilitation, physical therapy, large breed care, and anxiety management, she is well-equipped to care for even the most sensitive senior pets. Natasha's dedication is a deeply personal one. In addition to her veterinary expertise, Natasha has 11 years of experience as a Certified Groomer and 15 years as a Professional Pet Sitter. Natasha has now gone full time to only grooming and has partnered with Kate The Pet Nanny to refer clients to for pet sitting! Kate will only ever recommend the best for your furbabies needs because she knows what they deserve!

We accept Cash, Venmo, Square, PayPal, and all major credit cards. Please have your payment ready upon completion of the service to help us stay on schedule for our next client. Our pricing reflects the value of the personalized care and attention we give to each pet, ensuring you receive exceptional value every time.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐚 𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲? 
We get requests all the time for appts that might fall just below our minimum service requirement ($80) or outside of our 1 hr radius, from Susq, Pa. We have a fun solution! If the distance is feasible, a Block Party is a great way to make this work! Grab some of your friends &/or family to book out a day and we’ll roll right up! We schedule these appts just as we do our locals clients. Reach out for further details!  
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭'𝐬 𝐚 𝐏𝐨𝐩 𝐔𝐩? 
Although we do not accept walk-ins, our Pop-Up events offer a chance to join in on some community fun! This has been a fantastic way to also raise funds for special causes! Keep an eye on our Facebook page for announcements about when we’ll be popping up at local parks, businesses, and other venues. This is a relaly great way to grab a nail trim for your fur baby as well! Appointments at these events are first-come, first-serve, so you can take a stroll or swing by when it’s your fur baby’s turn! Again, feel free to reach out if you need further help!
𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤? 
Wheelin Winston Mobile Grooming and Home Care LLC reserves the right to cancel appointments when necessary. We greatly value your time and strive to minimize any disruptions to our schedule. If changes to your appointment are required, we will notify you as soon as possible. Your appt is a "window of time" for mobile grooming. We cannot be held responsible for travel delays, so please be flexible on your scheduled day. Feel free to inquire about our Latchkey option for Club Members. Sometimes scheduling is a challenge, so once established, you do not have to be home for our arrival. Many of our clients leave the garage code/key. You come home to your freshly groomed fur baby!
We do reserve the right to refuse service for any conditions or concerns that may pose potential harm. This includes but is not limited to, excessive matting, parasite infestations, health issues that require veterinary attention, misrepresentation of conditions at booking, safety concerns for our groomer, appt tardiness, etc. If services are terminated for any reason, the full-service fee will apply...grooming or homecare.
We ask that all clients provide a min of 48 hour's notice for all cancellations. Because of the nature of a mobile business, clients are responsible for the full-service price for any missed appt, regardless of the reason. This fee must be paid before we can honor your next scheduled appointment. These situations create gaps in our schedule and result in a loss of business.

𝐃𝐨 𝐰𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭?
Yes, we do. Mobile servicing is not a cheap business to run so we have to require a min service of $80. We are still accommodating nail trims. However, that requires a waiting list. Please reach out to be added! We then reach out when we are passing through your area. you can also book a Block Party or grab a Pop Up Event! See more on them in the menu tab. 
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬 𝐝𝐨 𝐰𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐭𝐨?
Our home base is Susquehanna, PA. We travel within a 1 hr radius from there. Anything outside of that radius requires a Block Party. 
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐟 𝐦𝐲 𝐟𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬? 
It is the client's responsibility to disclose any behavioral and health issues, including, but not limited to, prior injuries, allergies, medications, hip or joint problems, illnesses, infections, and vaccination history before scheduling an appointment. We cannot be held responsible for pre-existing conditions. Natasha, with her extensive clinical experience with a wide range of animals, from exotic to large breeds, will always strive to provide the best care during grooming. However, we reserve the right to halt the service at any time if it causes discomfort, stress, or poses a risk to the pet or the groomer. In the event of this interruption, clients are responsible for 100% of the service amount. Clients will also be held responsible in the event of any damaged equipment. Our 1st priority is that of safety for our groomer, and your fur babies' comfort and well-being overachieving a perfect groom. 
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐟 𝐦𝐲 𝐟𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐚𝐛𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐮𝐫? 
We do recognize that these issues can be quite common, and effective communication during our consultation is essential! A thorough assessment will be made at the start of the grooming appointment. Consideration will be made for the condition of your pet’s coat, checking for tangles and mats to determine the most suitable approach. 
We do require all our clients to use a veterinarian-approved flea prevention whether it be grooming or home care. Before each service, a full inspection will be made of your pet’s coat. If we detect any fleas or ticks, we will notify you immediately and discuss the necessary steps for treatment. If we encounter a severe flea infestation, we will suspend the grooming service. We follow strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to protect each and every one of our clients. 
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬?

Though we are compassionate for those that have encountered a flea problem, we CANNOT offer any extensive flea removal service or counsel. Eradication requires an extensive multi-level approach from dips to bombing of the inside of the home & surrounding yard.
